A well-known crypto YouTuber, Kenny Nguyen, believes that investors would only need 500 XRP to become millionaires if certain events in the XRP ecosystem occur.
Nguyen has long been an XRP proponent, and he has repeatedly predicted that the asset will experience massive price gains in the future. He believes that these gains will be triggered by several events, two of which have already happened.

The Bullish Events
The first event is the recent victory for Ripple in its lawsuit with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). On July 13, Judge Analisa Torres ruled that XRP is not a security, which cleared the way for the asset to be traded more freely.
The second event is the re-listing of XRP on several major exchanges, including Coinbase, Kraken, and Crypto.com. This was also a result of the SEC ruling, as exchanges were no longer hesitant to list XRP once it was clear that the asset was not a security.
Nguyen believes that these two events have already set the stage for XRP to experience even more price gains. He believes that the following three events could also trigger significant price movements:
- A Ripple initial public offering (IPO).
- The use of XRP as a bridge currency for central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).
- The adoption of XRP as a reserve currency by the United States or another major country.

If all of these events occur, Nguyen believes that XRP could reach a price of $2,000. This would mean that an investor holding 500 XRP would become a millionaire.
However, it is important to note that these are just predictions, and there is no guarantee that any of these events will actually happen.
The price of XRP at the time of writing is $0.7359 so for an investor to become a millionaire by holding 500 XRP, the price would need to increase by over 272,000%.
The market capitalization of XRP would need to reach $105 trillion if the price were to reach $2,000. This is more than the market capitalization of all the gold in the world.
