The question of where XRP ends up by 2030 does not have a simple answer. Crypto commentator X Finance Bull put it to the community in a tweet, and the responses ranged from cautious dollar estimates to figures well into the thousands.
The gap between the high and low predictions tells a story about how differently people assess XRP’s long-term potential.
How high do you think $XRP can go by 2030?

A Tokenized World Changes the Math
Crypto analyst Wingfoot gave one of the more expansive responses. He noted that traditional market cap analysis may not apply to digital assets that become foundational infrastructure in a tokenized economy. “Market cap won’t matter for digital assets, especially the blockchains and assets that become the rails and plumbing for that world,” he said.
Wingfoot drew a parallel to early internet infrastructure. He noted that TCP/IP, the protocol that underpins the internet, carries no market cap despite enabling trillions in economic activity.
He suggested XRP could occupy a similar role. “When you can provide liquidity, settlement you will be sought out, there are very few assets that can do things the way XRP does it,” he added. He said he would “not be surprised at all” if XRP reached the thousands.
The Conservative Side of the Debate
Not everyone sees a dramatic outcome. Community member Ken put his estimate between $3 and $5, and suggested the price could remain closer to $1. His view reflects a segment of the community that approaches long-term crypto projections with significant skepticism.
Burn Rate and Business Adoption
Karnack focused on XRP’s burn mechanism as a driver of future value. He noted that rising usage increases the burn rate, and that the market will eventually price that in. “Expensive XRP is better for business,” he said, placing his target at $589.
Stacking Over Speculation
Community member Michczy took a different approach entirely. Rather than put a number on it, he said he is stacking XRP and letting 2030 speak for itself. BrianXRP stated a target of $1,000.
The range across these responses reflects how much uncertainty still surrounds XRP’s long-term trajectory. What is consistent across most views is the expectation that adoption and utility will be the deciding factors.
