Crypto influencer Ben Armstrong, popularly known as Bitboy, just dropped some predictions for XRP and Solana (SOL) to rekindle the hope of both communities in their digital assets for 2024.
In a recent YouTube video, Armstrong painted a bullish picture for these two digital assets, predicting mind-blowing price surges in the new year.
The crypto influencer envisions XRP reaching an astonishing $7 and expects Solana (SOL) to climb higher, setting a target of $1,000.
These aren’t just pipe dreams for Bitboy. He believes both digital currencies have the potential to exceed his already ambitious targets, saying, “That is not the top, that is not their peak.”
So, what fuels this fiery forecast? The self-proclaimed Sultan of Solana dug into the numbers, highlighting the relatively similar multipliers each coin needs to climb.
XRP, which was hovering around $0.62 at the time of his prediction, would embark on a roughly 11x to 12x journey to reach $7. He also pointed out that Solana (SOL), which was perched at $104.5, would need about a 10x jump to reach $1,000. But here’s the twist. Armstrong predicts their paths will diverge.
After a recent surprising surge, Solana (SOL) dropped below $100 but has reclaimed the $100 level. The crypto influencer believes SOL has already experienced a meteoric rise, stating that the altcoin already has “massively overinflated numbers.” He expects its climb to $1,000 to be a bumpy one, possibly encountering turbulence along the way.
XRP, on the other hand, is poised for a more measured ascent, with its peak coinciding with the much-anticipated Ripple IPO. Armstrong sees the real party kicking off once Ripple goes public, sending XRP into overdrive.

Bitboy threw another wrinkle into the mix, in the form of the potential for an Ethereum ETF. While acknowledging the possibility of XRP gains being absorbed by the Ethereum market, he points to the looming search for the next big ETF-worthy crypto.
XRP, with its unique regulatory clarity in the US, emerges as a prime contender. According to Bitboy, an XRP ETF announcement could be the launchpad for a prolonged surge, setting the stage for a triumphant finale to the bull run.
If his vision holds, 2024 could be a wild ride for XRP and Solana (SOL). He already called XRP the standard for the next bull run, and all these factors working together could make it the new face of the crypto market.
