The Cardano (ADA) community is buzzing as listing speculation grows about a potential listing on the Gemini exchange. This follows a recent educational initiative by Gemini that highlighted Cardano and fueled hopes among ADA holders.
The rumors began circulating after Gemini published an article by Frederik Gregaard, CEO of the Cardano Foundation, on their educational platform, Cryptopedia. The article described Cardano as an “open-source protocol that focuses on democratizing the process of consensus and governance.”

According to a video shared by Cardano staking pool operator St₳kΣ with Pride, Gregaard hinted at potential ADA listings on major cryptocurrency exchanges, further igniting speculation.
A few weeks after Gregaard’s comments, Gemini published another Cardano-related piece, further stirring the pot. Prominent figures within the Cardano community, like St₳kΣ with Pride, have actively promoted the idea of a Gemini listing.
In a recent post, St₳kΣ with Pride expressed confidence that Gemini would not only list ADA but potentially explore support for Cardano Native Tokens (CNTs).
Despite the excitement within the Cardano community, Gemini has yet to officially confirm any plans regarding an ADA listing. Established in 2014, Gemini is a reputable centralized cryptocurrency exchange with a global presence.
While currently ranking 16th in terms of daily trading volume (around $64.6 million according to CoinMarketCap), Gemini offers a diverse selection of cryptocurrencies for trading, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), and various popular tokens.
However, the conspicuous absence of ADA, currently the 10th largest cryptocurrency by market cap, has been a source of frustration for many Cardano holders. Gemini’s past silence on the matter hasn’t helped either.

While Gemini’s lack of official communication persists, their recent focus on Cardano through educational content has rekindled optimism within the community. Many interpret this as a potential precursor to an ADA listing announcement.
Only time will tell if Gemini will ultimately decide to list ADA. However, the recent developments have undoubtedly sparked a wave of excitement among ADA holders, and all eyes are now on Gemini for any official updates.
