Fortune Magazine, the leading global media organization has recognized Ripple, the crypto solutions company and cross-border payment firm headquartered in San Francisco as one of the best workplaces in the United States.
This significant recognition from Fortune Magazine comes despite the lawsuit the blockchain technology company is facing courtesy of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The Securities Agency claims that Ripple offered an unregistered security for sale thus, violating the securities laws. While this longstanding lawsuit is edging closer to its end, Ripple is confident it will win the case as XRP is not a security.
As per a Monday tweet, Ripple notified its community of the company’s mention on the list of the best workplaces in the Bay Area. The company equally expressed gratitude to the global media organization for including Ripple in its roundup. Ripple ranked number 8 on the 2023 list of Fortune 100 best workplaces in the Bay Area as revealed by Great Place To Work US. This rating was achieved following the collection of several data and responses from those working at the Silicon Valley technology company.

Particularly, 95% of employees at Ripple said the company is a great place to work compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company according to the survey summary posted on the Great Place To Work platform.
It bears noting that the company ranked higher in the 2023 edition of Fortune’s best workplaces list in the Bay Area compared to other years. Ripple ranked 25th and 17th on the Fortune 100 Best Workplaces in the Bay Area list in 2020 and 2017, respectively.
Recall also that Ripple was listed among the 50 Best Medium Workplaces in 2022 by Fortune Magazine.
