Cardano (ADA) and Polkadot (DOT) Look Weak as Rollblock Continues to Break Records

As established players like Cardano (ADA) and Polkadot (DOT) continue to weaken, a hot new crypto called Rollblock attracts investor interest and shatters records. Rollblock (RBLK) is becoming one of the most exciting new cryptocurrencies in 2024, while DOT and Cardano’s prices have struggled to keep pace amid the crypto downturn.

Rollblock has now generated an astounding $3.3 million, with early investors gaining 150x more in the sixth round of its presale. Its creative approach to online gambling and attractive tokenomics have sparked forecasts of possible 100x profits once the project reaches exchanges. Are you interested now? ADA faces challenges amid price drop and market exit

Cardano (ADA) has been having significant difficulties recently. ADA, trading at $0.32 at press time, has lost momentum and dropped out of the top 10 cryptocurrencies based on market value. ADA’s decline runs counter to investors’ expectations following the Chang hard fork, which was supposed to boost ADA’s performance.

Since the beginning of the year, ADA’s cost has decreased by over 23%. Given this sharp decline, many investors are concerned about ADA’s near future. With technical indicators showing a bearish trend, the Cardano price has not drawn much buy attention or interest.

Despite these challenges, some are optimistic about ADA’s long-term future. Other observers, most notably supporters of Bitcoin’s Adam Back, believe that ADA’s value may still lose 90% in price value.

DOT faces decline amid network activity drop and market pressure

Like ADA, Polkadot (DOT) has recently had its problems. From about $7 in early July, its price decreased in September, fluctuating between $4 and $5. With DOT’s relay chain showing only 170,111 active addresses in July, the lowest monthly number since early 2024, this declining trend aligns with a substantial drop in network activity for DOT

User activity has reduced in the DOT relay and para chains, with new user growth plummeting roughly 75% since March. The 21% decline in new address production across the para chains indicates a falling attractiveness of the DOT ecosystem.

The Directional Movement Index reveals that sellers now have more influence over the market than buyers. Given rising selling pressure, forecasts suggest breaching over $5 may be difficult. Should the selling trend continue, DOT’s price may drop below its recent nine-month low of $3.59.
