BitBoy Picks XRP To Lead the Next Bull Run. Here’s why

The Ripple-affiliated cryptocurrency, XRP, has been selected by Ben Armstrong, popularly known as BitBoy, to be a top-performing asset in the next crypto market bull run. The prominent Youtuber and influencer tap the longstanding Ripple-SEC lawsuit to end in favor of Ripple, catalyzing the predicted XRP price performance.

Per a Friday Youtube video shared by Armstrong, popularly known as BitBoy, XRP, which has been performing outstandingly in the past weeks, would head into the next bull run. This comes to cement his earlier claims that XRP would be the top gainer in the upcoming crypto market-wide rally.

In stating why he is so confident in XRP, the widely followed influencer speculated that the legal tussle between the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Ripple is likely to end anytime soon.

In particular, Armstrong predicts the case which has mounted inflated negative pressure on XRP to conclude in June or July, noting that this is just his speculation as the presiding judge Analisa Torres could end the case anytime.

According to him, Ripple would turn out as the winner of the lawsuit either through a settlement or via a clear verdict from the court. BitBoy added that he would prefer a Ripple win by settlement as that would immediately take away all the negative encumbrances on the asset.

He implied that a settlement would not give the securities agency any room for an appeal even though pro-XRP lawyer Jeremy Hogan previously asserted that the SEC would not appeal if the anticipated summary judgment favors the San Francisco-based crypto solutions company.

Additionally, Armstrong added that a win for XRP in the case would map out the sixth-largest crypto by market capitalization as a spectacular asset, being the first cryptocurrency to scale through an SEC lawsuit.

While it is not certain when the summary judgment would come or the manner the lawsuit would end, Ripple CEO continues to express optimism with John Deaton asserting that the court would deny the SEC’s motion for summary judgment.

On the other hand, the SEC recently filed a letter of supplementary authority, urging Judge Analisa Torres to reject Ripple’s fair notice defense.
