Based on Judge Torres Ruling Pattern, Top Lawyer Predicts New End-Date for XRP Lawsuit

Attorney Fred Rispoli, known for his expertise in cryptocurrency-related legal matters, has made a persuasive prediction regarding the lengthy SEC vs. Ripple dispute. According to Rispoli, the highly anticipated summary judgment could be issued sooner than expected, possibly by the end of next month.

Crucial Statistical Data Tied to Judge Torres’ Previous Rulings

Members of the XRP community have been waiting for Judge Torres’ decision since the final summary judgment statements were given in December 2022. Surprisingly, despite the passage of considerable time, the judge’s long-awaited summary ruling has yet to be released.

Attorney Rispoli Provides Insight Taking into account crucial statistical data tied to Judge Torres’ previous rulings on summary judgments, attorney Rispoli has established a possible end date for this awaited legal saga. According to his calculations, Judge Torres has historically given defenders summary judgment around 37% of the time, while plaintiffs have a winning record of 24%.

Based on these numbers, Rispoli discovered that Judge Torres normally takes roughly 249 days to decide on the initial filing of summary judgment motions. Notably, the parties’ applications for summary judgment were filed on September 17, 2022.

Furthermore, Rispoli found that the majority (60%) of Judge Torres’ summary judgment opinions were issued between 146 and 330 days. Applying this information to the current case, a decision on May 21, 2023, could have been anticipated. However, Rispoli ruled out this date due to the passage of time, as we have now entered July.

Alternative Prediction Emerges

Rispoli updated his prediction and proposed a new likely decision date of August 10, 2023. This new date is based on the longest period Judge Torres has ever taken to issue a summary decision, which is 330 days from September 17, 2022.

Recognizing the significance of this prognosis, Rispoli revealed that August 10, 2023, had great personal significance for him. He joked that having a judge rule in favor of Ripple on his birthday would be the nicest birthday present he could have. A verdict against Ripple on that date, on the other hand, would elicit quite the opposite reaction.

These estimates by attorney Fred Rispoli provide vital insights into the likely outcome of the SEC vs. Ripple lawsuit, allowing the crypto world to wait with bated breath for the outcome.
