Analyst Claims Ripple Models XRP to Hit $349 In Next 7 Years, XRP Army Responds

The line between community speculation and official company information became a major talking point after a viral XRP claim by crypto analyst Steph Is Crypto suggested that Ripple’s own website projects a future price approaching $349.

The statement immediately drew scrutiny, with several community members questioning whether the company had ever published such a forecast. Questions emerged over whether Ripple’s website actually contains any official price forecast or valuation model for the digital asset.

Critics Challenge the Interpretation

Among those responding was community member Shane, who strongly rejected the interpretation presented in the post. He stated that Ripple’s website does not predict a $349 XRP price and pointed out that the underlying figures referenced by some community members have been misunderstood.

According to Shane, references to trillions of dollars in tokenized assets should not be interpreted as a direct projection of XRP’s future market value. He maintained that tokenized U.S. assets traded against RLUSD or moved through cross-chain infrastructure do not automatically translate into demand that would justify a specific XRP price target.

He further explained that XRP could serve as a bridge asset in certain situations involving non-U.S. dollar transactions or cross-border settlements. However, he added that this would likely represent only a portion of the overall transaction volume rather than a basis for assigning a fixed valuation to XRP.

Shane also criticized attempts to correlate the value of tokenized assets with XRP’s market capitalization, saying the relationship is more complex than many social media posts suggest.

Ripple Has Not Published an Official XRP Price Forecast

Despite the claim circulating online, Ripple’s official website does not publish a model forecasting XRP at approximately $349 over the next seven years. As a regulated financial technology company, Ripple has consistently avoided issuing public price targets or valuation projections for XRP.

Publishing official price forecasts could expose the company to significant legal and regulatory risks, making such projections highly unlikely to appear on its corporate website.

Many similar claims originate from community-created valuation models, speculative analyses, or edited graphics that are later presented online as if they came from Ripple itself. While these materials often reference Ripple’s technology, tokenization initiatives, or broader digital asset adoption, they do not represent official company forecasts.
