Crypto analyst ChartNerd has questioned the recent lack of $1,000 XRP price predictions, noting that accounts that regularly make extremely bullish forecasts appear less active in recent days.
The analyst raised the observation in a post, asking whether those calling for a four-figure XRP price could return.
“I haven’t seen any $1000 $XRP callers out and about the past few days,” ChartNerd wrote. “Feels quite eerie. Can you come back?”
The post focused on the change in tone among XRP commentators rather than presenting a new price target or technical forecast. ChartNerd’s comment also reflected the contrast between periods when aggressive XRP predictions receive frequent attention and the quieter activity the analyst has noticed recently.
Commenters Offer Different Views on XRP’s Price Potential
Responses to ChartNerd’s post presented different expectations for XRP’s future price. Nighthawk agreed with the observation and suggested that the $1,000 predictions could return if XRP reaches a higher price level.
“I agree! They always disappear. But once we hit 1.52, someone will post; we are BACK lol,” Nighthawk wrote.
Takashi Eikichi took a more critical position toward the long-running $1,000 forecasts. He noted that some commentators have predicted the price for years without the target materializing.
“They’ve been calling $1,000 every year for God knows how many years,” Takashi Eikichi stated, adding that the predictions amount to “nonstop yapping.”
Other Commenters Set More Moderate Targets
DocRich offered a more measured outlook, saying XRP should first reach $4 before investors begin considering significantly higher valuations.
“Can we get to 4 bucks first,” DocRich wrote. “Then may double digits. 1000 is not happening anytime soon.”
The comment separates near-term price expectations from the much larger $1,000 target. Instead of dismissing the possibility of higher prices altogether, DocRich suggested that XRP would need to reach intermediate levels before the market could reasonably consider double-digit valuations.
Secret Foundation presented a longer-term view of the $1,000 prediction. The commenter said XRP could reach that level within the next 10 to 15 years, while also giving a much more immediate expectation for the end of the month.
“Yeah it’s going to $1000 in the next 10-15 years at least,” Secret Foundation wrote, while adding that XRP could realistically finish the month above $1.60.
ChartNerd’s original post therefore prompted a range of responses, from skepticism about repeated $1,000 predictions to expectations for XRP to eventually reach substantially higher levels. For now, the discussion remains centered on differing price expectations and the changing activity of XRP’s most bullish commentators.
