Digital Asset Investor explained why he has remained bullish on XRP for more than a decade. He pointed to his early experience with the technology, the institutional backgrounds of people connected to Ripple, and developments across the wider crypto market.
In the lengthy video accompanying his X post, he described himself as “more bullish than ever”. He highlighted several developments that he believes could strengthen XRP’s role in the financial system.
Digital Asset Investor said he first entered the crypto market around 2013. At the time, he browsed different cryptocurrencies on CoinMarketCap and visited the websites behind each project to learn more.
When he looked at Ripple, which he said was associated with XRP at the time, he noticed individuals with backgrounds at major institutions and universities.
Those connections immediately caught his attention. He said he believed experienced professionals would not join a startup unless they saw significant potential in its technology. He has spent more than a decade studying the people and institutions connected to Ripple and said that research continues to reinforce his conviction.

XRP Market Activity and Institutional Developments
Digital Asset Investor also discussed XRP’s market activity and developments that he believes could support institutional adoption. He noted that XRP had been trading around $1.50 while Bitcoin remained near $86,000, with the broader market awaiting a significant move.
He highlighted developments involving XRP exchange-traded funds, including Grayscale’s reported addition of Anchorage Digital Bank as custodian and its use of in-kind creations and redemptions. He said the structure could allow larger participants to move XRP directly into and out of the ETF instead of relying only on cash transactions.
He also pointed to XRP leaving exchanges and attributed a significant portion of those outflows to whale activity. He connected the movement with broader institutional interest in XRP.
Digital Asset Investor further discussed Evernorth and its plans involving XRP lending and institutional investors. He referenced comments from Evernorth CEO Ashish Birla about generating yield from XRP and discussed the company’s expected listing.
Ripple, Regulation and the Clarity Act
Digital Asset Investor devoted considerable attention to U.S. crypto regulation and the Clarity Act. He criticized delays surrounding the legislation but also discussed comments suggesting that the SEC and CFTC could use rulemaking to address some of the regulatory uncertainty covered by the bill.
He said regulatory agencies could move faster through their own actions and stressed the need for clear digital asset rules in the United States. He referenced CFTC Chairman Mike Selig and former CFTC Chairman Chris Giancarlo while discussing changes within the regulatory environment.
He connected those developments to his long-standing belief that the United States should encourage financial innovation, much as it supported the growth of the internet.

Why Digital Asset Investor Remains Bullish on XRP
Digital Asset Investor ultimately returned to the reasons behind his long-term XRP conviction. He discussed XRP’s design within the XRP Ledger and played an older explanation from Stanford professor Susan Athey about how XRP differs from ledger entries that represent claims on traditional currencies.
He also highlighted tokenization, stablecoins, digital payments and institutional adoption as developments that could reshape financial markets. Citing Giancarlo’s comments, he said blockchain technology could increasingly support tokenized securities, collateral and financial transactions.
Digital Asset Investor concluded by reaffirming his long-term conviction in crypto and XRP.
