XRP has returned to a level that has caught the attention of technical traders after a prolonged pullback from its all-time high.
A chart shared by crypto commentator Ash Crypto (@AshCrypto) compares the current market structure with previous cycle lows and suggests the token has entered its most oversold monthly condition on record.
He revealed that XRP is “now at its most oversold levels ever.” He also noted that the asset is down 72% from its all-time high, reaching a 2-year low near $1 in June. The monthly Relative Strength Index (RSI) is now “more oversold than during the 2020 COVID crash.”

Monthly Chart Shows Repeating Cycle Lows
The chart spans several market cycles, beginning before XRP’s 2017 rally. It highlights major corrections that followed each peak, with lows marked near $0.10 after the 2018 decline, around $0.28 after the 2021 cycle, and close to $1 after the latest selloff.
Each correction coincided with a sharp drop in the monthly RSI before momentum recovered. This time, the RSI has fallen to roughly 43.5, which the chart marked as its lowest reading compared to previous cycle bottoms. Ash Crypto argues that this places XRP in its most oversold condition to date.
The RSI measures the speed and strength of price movements. Falling RSI values usually reflect weaker momentum after sustained selling. The chart shows that previous monthly RSI lows arrived near major price bottoms.
$1 Remains the Key Level
The latest correction brought XRP close to the $1 level, which the chart labels as the current cycle low. Holding above that area could strengthen the case that the latest decline has established support.
If buyers continue to defend that level, attention could shift toward whether XRP can build a higher base before attempting another move higher. A sustained recovery in the monthly RSI would also suggest improving momentum after the recent decline.

Is the Bottom in?
Ash Crypto ended the post with a question rather than a prediction, asking followers, “Do you think the bottom is in?” The chart offers reasons why some traders may view the current setup as significant. XRP has experienced a deep correction from its peak, returned to a major support area near $1, and reached its lowest monthly RSI reading on the chart.
Even so, confirmation of a market bottom typically comes from sustained price strength rather than the RSI alone. For now, traders will watch whether XRP can hold support and begin forming a stronger recovery in the months ahead.
