If You Own XRP, XLM, HBAR, You Need to See This

Crypto commentator Crypto X AiMan (@CryptoXAiMan) recently shared a video drawing attention to comments from Kristin Smith, President of the Solana Policy Institute and a board member of the Blockchain Association. He asked XRP, XLM, and HBAR holders to pay close attention.

Smith Speaks On the CLARITY Act

Smith’s comments were direct about what passage of the CLARITY Act would produce. “Once we get this passed, we are going to see an unleashing of economic activity around the crypto space,” she said. She also predicted an upgrade to financial services infrastructure, greater adoption of crypto technology by traditional institutions, lower costs, and faster transaction speeds.

She called it “a legacy-making moment for the president” and stated that the legislation has genuine bipartisan support. She stated that it can pass before the August recess. However, recent reports suggest that Democrats are holding out because of key ethics provisions concerning Donald Trump.

The Blockchain Association

Smith’s position gives her remarks particular relevance. The Blockchain Association counts Ripple, the Stellar Development Foundation, Hedera HBAR, and a16z Crypto among its members. Her role as a board member means she speaks with direct knowledge of what these organizations stand to gain from regulatory clarity.

Crypto X AiMan highlighted this connection for his viewers. He noted that Smith represents a coalition of some of the most significant names in the digital asset space. Her assessment reflects the institutional perspective of the industry’s major players.

Potential Market Impact

Crypto X AiMan believes passage of the CLARITY Act would produce a significant bull run across crypto assets. He pointed to XRP, XLM, HBAR, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana as assets that stand to benefit. His reasoning centers on the adoption wave Smith described. Once companies can build on crypto infrastructure with legal certainty, real-world use cases can go live at scale.

He also noted that the legislation would allow companies to integrate crypto technology into their services much more easily, which aligns with what Smith outlined in her remarks.

A Risk Still Exists

Crypto X AiMan did not present this as a certainty. He pointed to Polymarket data showing only a 40% chance the CLARITY Act gets signed into law. The legislation has not passed yet, and that outcome is not guaranteed.

Despite this, he described the CLARITY Act as potentially “one of the most important pieces of legislation in crypto history.” The U.S. currently leads in crypto, and maintaining that lead depends heavily on securing clear rules.
