Portfolio Manager With Over 770,000 X Followers: “Where Is the XRP Army At?”

The XRP community found itself at the center of a fresh conversation on X after a well-known market commentator questioned its visibility. The exchange prompted a swift response from crypto content creator John Squire, who encouraged XRP supporters to make their presence known and reaffirm their confidence in the digital asset.

Squire’s X post highlighted remarks from portfolio manager Michael A. Gayed, founder of The Lead-Lag Report, who asked his more than 770,000 followers on X, “Where the hell is the XRP Army?” Rather than treating the question as criticism, Squire responded by declaring that the community was still active and invited XRP supporters to “sound off” and make themselves heard.

The post quickly attracted replies from XRP holders, many of whom used the opportunity to express their continued support for the cryptocurrency despite ongoing market uncertainty.

Community Members Reaffirm Long-Term Conviction

Several responses to Squire’s post reflected the long-term outlook that has become a defining characteristic of many XRP supporters.

X user HWAShowtime24 stated that the XRP community has remained present from the very beginning, adding that XRP represents its members’ “destiny.” The comment emphasized the belief that long-time holders have maintained their commitment regardless of changing market conditions.

Another community member, Ripplicious, suggested that XRP supporters have intentionally kept a lower profile while negative sentiment continues to circulate. The commenter also claimed that institutions are quietly accumulating XRP under non-disclosure agreements and predicted that future developments would surprise the broader market. The post, however, did not provide evidence to support those claims.

Crypto commentator Jake Claver also joined the discussion, offering a more measured perspective on the XRP community’s identity. He stated that XRP supporters have never focused on being the loudest voices in the cryptocurrency space.

Instead, he said their conviction stems from a long-term belief in XRP’s potential to support faster and more efficient global payments, adding that the world is watching what comes next.

Visibility Becomes the Focus

Squire’s post centered less on price action or technical analysis and more on the visibility of the XRP community. By responding directly to Gayed’s question, he shifted the conversation toward demonstrating that the community remains engaged despite periods of reduced online activity.

The replies that followed showed a common theme among participants. While opinions differed on market conditions and institutional involvement, many commenters emphasized patience and confidence in XRP’s long-term prospects rather than short-term developments.

Although Michael Gayed’s original question was brief, it prompted a wave of responses from XRP supporters who used the moment to reaffirm their commitment to the asset. Squire’s call for the community to make its presence known ultimately turned the discussion into a public display of continued support from long-time XRP holders.
