Google Updates Smart Clock with Photos, Conversations

A recent report has confirmed that Google has now updated the Lenovo Smart Clock. Google, today announced that it had added new functionalities to the Smart Clock and customers will also see the changes in the future Smart Clocks.

“The Lenovo Smart Clock comes with the Google Assistant, so it can help you better manage your morning and evening routines,” Google’s Mert Topcu writes. “The Lenovo Smart Clock also works with most cameras that work with the Assistant, so you can always see on the device whois outside your front door when your hands are full.”

With the new update in hand, two more features will be introduced to the Smart Clock, and both these features are Assistant-powered features.

The first feature that will be updated is the Photo album feature. With this feature, users will be able to use their Smart Clock as an animated digital photo album. Users can see pictures from their Google Photos account directly or featured photos provided by Google.

The second feature that will be added to the Smart Clock is Continued Conversation. With the new feature is hand, users will be provided with an optional setting for Continued Conversation that will allow users to have a natural back-and-forth conversation with the Assistant.

“These new features will roll out as part of an automatic update this week, and the Lenovo Smart Clock is now available for sale in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Germany, France, Australia, and Japan, and will be coming soon to India and other countries,” according to Google.
